Something is happening in southern Catalonia's geocaching since some months ago. A group of excited geocachers are preparing a major event for summer 2013.

The chosen site for this to take place is La Pineda (Vila-seca, Tarragona, Catalonia, Spain), beside the Costa Daurada beaches (Mediterranean sea), which will allow all the visitors to enjoy a fantastic and wide offer of leisure, tourism, and geocaching.

This event is intended to be a MEGA-event, and with this purpose we are preparing a weekend filled with activities for everyone who comes to have a good time, meet other teams and share our hobby. The event is scheduled for August 30th, 31st and September 1st, and the main activities will take place in the municipal sports pavilion of La Pineda.

But it will only become a MEGA-event if we achieve to be 500 people or more, so we are working hard on it. Therefore, we invite you all to visit us next summer, and make this event your MEGA-event!
