I have voted. At the same time I have haven't thought too deeply about the good and bad points, I don't have a lot of thinking time at the moment. It would be interesting to hear others views either way. Immediate points that come to mind are; for the number hunters the more people that learn about the activity then the more caches there will be out there to find, but on the flip side there's the possible quality degradation by caches being placed by newbs.

After my visit to London last week, I felt a bit more confident that police are much more aware of the activity, so that if I did happen to get stopped I shouldn't expect a long nervy interview about my activities. I didn't get stopped though :)

I used to be interested in collecting the little icons you got from the GC's, then I was slightly interested in buying a few coins. Now, I am not interested (other than TB's with a specific purpose)

Edited to say I have a thought for next weeks poll so I will update next Thursday

It's 'most of the time' for me, though a bit more often of late I have just 'discovered' and left in the cache because I have been caching less and have no idea when or where the next large enough cache I will get to put in will be.

Merry Christmas... Get voting!

Latest Poll:
"Are favourite points a good idea?"
Yes, stay as it is. 1 point per 10 caches: 57%
Yes, but only 1 favourite point per 50 caches: 14%
As above but 1 point per 100 caches. So points really highlight special caches   :28%

I can't vote as 10 isn't one of the options

Forget that, it's changed now

I have 17. They don't interest me much. I find it funny that I have one because I have cached in the UK, that amused me, not the most challenging achievement  :D
