Checked on one of my archived caches today(GC1C315)and it was still there and was able to rescue a coin that had been in it for over three years. 8)

Looks good Griff.

Out that way today and the walk will be nearer to five miles.Have hidden nine caches and think that will be the final total. None to close to the village to allow space for any other caches ie Church Micro. A fine pair cache could easily be placed in their  immediate area.

Have a box full of assorted caches ready to go,now to see if i can get them all in my rucksack and hopefully be out that way again tomorrow.

There is also a good opportunity for someone to do a Fine Pair cache and a Church Micro in the village.

I agree with walktall.

As for the event itself there is no need to try and organize too much so i would not worry about a secret santa. A raffle should be enough and you could ask for donated prizes wrapped up to make it more interesting.

10- -3 with the walk starting at 10.30 which should only take a couple of hours as there wont be hundreds of caches.

Condicote for me.

Kitchen charge only applies if cooking no charge for making tea/coffee etc.

5 hours £55. 30 Cachers two pound each easy peasy.

Hopefully will be out that way tomorrow looking at a walk route.

Twist my arm but the hall needs to be sorted out first which i will leave for someone else.

There is also a chance for A Fine Pair cache in the Village.

Condicote Village Hall looks nice.

Can make a small circular, some lane walking towards Hinchwick Manor then footpaths etc back to Condicote.

Says on there web site they welcome walking parties.
