Cottage booked for the week of the event, now were trying to decide on the best way of combining it with a visit to Northern Ireland as that's been on the list for far too long.    ::) ::)  We'll take the ferry, if we select the right dates for travel, not a week end, it's not too bad cost wise, and we both enjoy the sea journey as long as it isn't very rough...
Thanks for the prompt about the oldies, B&R, be assured they will be on the hit list  ;D ;D

Ok, Griff - we're going to the event at North Cerney so will probably miss you unless you decide to go there...

Answer to your question:  That is correct!

Good luck  :D

Decided to take Archie to Mile Drive for the Multi and a good easy walk for Archie late afternoon  :)

Bumped into @sumadartson who were returning from the cache, as Archie & I were on route  ;D

Very well stocked cache, well done @Wrighty  8)

I was thinking the notifications weren't working  >:( but you haven't logged the visit yet  ;D
I bet it was lovely up there today, lots of folks about (besides sumadartson)?

I've been keeping half an eye open for Griff Grof as I was decorating...

General Caching / Groundspeak been busy again?

I've just noticed that our avatar has changed in proportion!  The first (L) and last (B) used to be partly covered, the full L8HNB is now all there bit seems to have been squashed up.
Anybody else noticed any changes?

Delighted we gave you lot something to talk about, good to see the posts   ;D ;D

It was a shame about the photo but these things happen, I'm sure it was an accident, BUT the cache page clearly says that logs will be deleted unless both feeder caches are found so no problems.  In this vein I had to ask someone who logged a found on our Explorer 190 cache to delete it this evening, they have 41 total finds if I remember correctly  ::) :o

TJ if you want copies of the photos I took this morning pm me your email.

If anyone else is coming to visit let me know and I'll get the kettle on and the biscuit barrel out if I'm here.

Caching Gear/ Tech Talk / Re: New gps for xmas

Nice looking bit of kit, and spare batteries are available though, £360.00 is a lot to pay for a 2G phone though.
My old Motorola XT890 has gorilla glass, a pretty good battery life and the GPS is good.  There is a newer version out now, that L has, and the battery seems to last ages.  She bought hers with Tesco vouchers rather than go contract ;D
