Its not very long - 2 hours max?

Should we be doing anything about a trackable race for next year? And who decides/ announces the cachewalker prizes for this year? We are working tomorrow morning but can get to the shops in the afternoon if we need to.

The reviewer spotted the edit so I have removed it under threat of being archived.
I have sent him the GC codes of previous events but he seems decided.

I copied the 2013 wording almost word for word and they weren't  happy with it, I hope it's ok now!! My life's complicated enough!

ok - The Reviewer is Professor Xavier

- he wants all reference to the pre-event walk removed from the listing (I put the walk at 10.30, event 12-2.30)
He is unhappy with a raffle - wants it made clear about where excess funds would go. He hasn't said anything about bacon rolls so presumably happy with those!
So, if I need to cut the walk - shall I just post it on the forum and cut the raffle out altogether? Hopefully we'll make enough for the hall hire from bacon rolls? If We do that , we could advertise the walk at 10.30 on the forum, I could also email attendees and amend the event to start at 10.30?

We have been in touch with the reviewer, there were a couple of issues which we think we have resolved so hopefully it shouldn't be too long now....
It is our first event and we didn't have time to scrutinise all the rules - sorry!
