As we've speculated on a few other threads before, the paid app has now officially been replaced with the updated Intro app.

It's now free, which is good, except many of us had paid £7.99 for the previous official app, which will eventually become unsupported, judging by the above link - "at least June 2016" ::) :o

Has anyone tried out the new app? If so, what do you think?

I've got the Android app but don't use it, as I use a combination of things: off-line GPX file on GPS and smart phone, on smart phone due to poor mobile signal and I'm on Pays-as-you-go.

Also have Locus Pro on smart phone which works well for Open source mapping with static or live (if I've got a mobile signal) caches on the map. It has bolt-ons to add functionality :)
