Title: Mission: number 2,000
Post by: Griff Grof on January 12, 2015, 06:23:56 pm
Well, three years since 1,000 I hope to find my 2,000th this year  :)

I have a special cache in mind, which I hope to find around August.

But there's 279 caches to find first, around what will be a busy and stressful period (exams  ::) :o)

So, I was wondering if any of you could recommend any big (in numbers, I consider 20+ as big) but good loops in the area. Have already pencilled in the Great Cotswold Walk, which should leave me with around 150 caches to go. Aim to do it in its three parts over the next few weekends.

Of course, if we arrange the 150 caches in a day trip for June, then there's less of a worry of making 1,999 by August  :D

The idea with going with these sorts of loops is that I can find more before I have to call it quits for a couple of months...

Any suggestions  ???

 ;D

Only issue is how far away it is  :D (and there are too many caches, I guess I could stop after 279  :D)

There are loads of caches between Evesham and Redditch by Mike Hill that should be worth a look.

+1 for Mike Hill loops, I have a load to do since I concentrated on selected caches.
