Title: Stratford walk - Hansell Farm Series - Shottery
Post by: Bear and Ragged on March 14, 2014, 04:31:59 pm
Hansell Farm Series http://coord.info/GC4JYQ2 for cache 1

A series of seven caches beginning and ending in the village of Shottery.
Shottery is the home of Anne Hathaway, and the walk starts not too far from the house.

I've done 3 to 7 (Not in order!).
Selection of different size containers, hidden in different ways.
And a nice walk.  ;D

I don't think we get enough cache recommendations on here, unless I've missed them of course.... is there a thread for such things? please bear in mind that many of us are not local, but are very interested in travelling to the area for good walks/caches  :)

Used to be, on the old site...
Seems to have disappeared in the move.

That's why I thought I'd add this one!

Threads can be found here http://cachewalker.createaforum.com/index.php?action=forum#c4
(We're cache walkers, not too difficult to add a series we've done.  ;))

Thank you for posting this B&R  :)

There actually always has been a cache recommendations (http://cachewalker.createaforum.com/cache-recommendations/) board featuring a thread (http://cachewalker.createaforum.com/cache-recommendations/best-or-favourite-cache-you've-found/) to note your absolute favourite.

Then, of course, the walks category (http://cachewalker.createaforum.com/index.php?action=forum#c4) has always been here, for you to post any good series/walks.

This is CacheWalker, and thus I feel the latter part of the name should be listened to - you're right, it doesn't take much effort to share a walk/cache - so thank you to the couple of you who do  :)
