Title: Cacher's name starting with a 5 or 7
Post by: walktall on September 29, 2013, 10:43:47 am
Here's an odd question!

Does anyone know of a cacher who's name starts with either a 5 or 7 who has an active cache?

If it's any help I haven't done any  ;D

The only way I can think of at the moment is to do some PQ's over an area then use GSAK to sort CO's by alphabetical order and hope for the best. :-\

When I travel, I do some PQ's and pop them into GSAK to see if there are any but so far, no luck hence the question :)

What's it worth to change my name?
And then hide another cache, if you've already found mine...

But. If you've already found it, when I change my name, you've go the find!  ;D

Looks like a nice place for a cache!

Don't normally go to Newark, so out side my normal PQ area. Easy for me to get to on the A617, so will put the cache/CO on my bookmark list, ready for my next trip up that way.

Thank you B&R :D

I completed that challenge recently, those particular names were really difficult.  I got:

5beasts in Essex http://coord.info/GC3Q36B (http://coord.info/GC3Q36B)
70C near Fleet http://coord.info/GC2TJQ1 (http://coord.info/GC2TJQ1)

Thanks for those. It's not easy as you can't search directly on placer's name. I've got a 5 up near Newark which is great as my Mum lives not to far away :)

What challenge was you going for?

I wasn't going for a particular cache challenge - TBH I've not gone looking for those yet, just wanted to complete the set.

I'm sure this is a silly question, but is there a challenge for this?

Sounds like you are doing what I'm doing - a personal challenge filling our grids ;D

I want to complete my Placed Month grid but will have to go abroad for the Mar 2001 and May, Jul to Nov 2000 caches.

Dave yes me too.  I'm missing several early months for placed month (Jasmer) and it's going to take a while to visit places that still haver those actives months.

Many years ago I drove past the only UK Ape cache late one wet winter evening and decided to keep going home. I've regretted it ever since!
