It took him long enough to change the co-ordinates that I provided for him :o I eventually 'nudged' him by putting a 'needs maintenance' on the cache as he hadn't still changed the co-ordinates ::)

I see he has added a description to his first cache now :)

The cacher has joined Cotswold caching forum and has been asking a few questions, one about placing a cache on a tidal island in Cornwall.

I've explained the distance rule concerning maintenance :)

He is very new to caching and a young cacher, I've met him while I was trying to find his second cache.

I did mention Vacation caches and maintenance... Pointed him towards Follow the Arrow site.

If he's asking questions, he may turn out a decent cacher! (So long as he listens!  :D)

Like you, it has been suggested by two of us, that it might be a good idea for him to go out and find some caches to gain experience :)

Claims to have found a few of my caches today but i just happened to check a couple of them this afternoon and his name is nowhere to be seen in the log books. :-X

Looking at his profile he has logged lots of other caches as well today :-\
