Hi
Is it possable to give a TB to someone without dropping it in a cache?

Yes...

Just give it to the person. Then what they have to do is:

1) Go on the travel bugs page on Geocaching.com

2) They need to click "Add a log entry", right hand side, top box.

3) When asked to "- Select type of log -" they need to click "Grabbed from current owner" - in this case, they will see ""Grabbed from current owner - shawnandsam"

4) Tell them to click "submit log entry" and then the website knows they have the TB, not you.

Fairly simple...

Hi, yep you can pass it on to someone and they can grab it off you before they place it in a cache.
