Incredible TB/GC journeys

What's the greatest/most incredible/surprising journey you've seen a TB go on?

We all know of a TB which has vanished, and suddenly reappeared, travelled the world in record time etc etc. What's the greatest story you have?

I've heard a few verbally at events, it'd be interesting to gather and discuss many more here  :) My own coming later, of course.
