9 caches is over twice the amount that I have found on any particular day this year Bear and Ragged, well done. I am just doing one or two here and there at the moment.

Great photo walktall, it must be spring :)

I think I will try and find this one again today, as the waters look to have receded.

A new series with an interesting twist. I know who I would add to the list, in fact there are several  :)

Yes, I have more than one cacher in mind to place a cache to highlight. I guess we can have more than one hero?

Question is: should the cache reflect the hero e.g. DrSolly - a slug cache

I did see a sign on a gate a while back on the old Cricklade to Swindon road that said something like Slug Farm and had a picture of a slug on it. I did think about placing a related cache for him then but never got around to it. I think there's a couple placed too close to it now.

I went and found that cache I though about doing today. A very easy find a great little location, now the water is back to a more normal level.

Rubbish day caching wise!  Had to go to Swalcliff, near Banbury, at lunchtime to see the step daughter perform on her hoss.  Did the CM in Broadway, that wasn't up to much but we did buy some Snowdrop plants from the place opposite.  Grabbed some lunch after dropping Lin off at the Event and off I went.  Parked up in a handy spot, got the GPS out and started looking for something to find but it seems almost everything I looked at had a sodden wet log.  The next thing I knew as it was one hour later!  Yes, I'd dozed off!  Decided to try for Roman Way, just outside Tadmarton but DNF'ed that after about 40 mins so went and found Post Haste in the village.  Just putting it back when L rang to say Lesley, the one with the hoss, had been knocked out of the competition so we could go home.  Thought we might grab the CM at Wickhamford on the way home, we did get the co-ords but ran out of light.  Hope everyone else did better...

I did one of Wrighty's caches yesterday. Only as a drive-by though on way home from an Easter activity day at Fosseway Garden Centre. It was still good to do one though, as I have been only caching on days where I need to fill in a Day of the Year gap in the chart, and I didn't need to do one yesterday so it felt like a bonus :)
