Hey, that happened to me!!! I thought they had renewed it, even though I have it selected not to renew automatically.

It ran out about 2 months after it was meant to expire  :o ::)

Perhaps they give us a little extra, as we pay more than $30 ::)

Ahhh that could well be the case...
Although they did send me several reminder emails in the build up to the date it was meant to expire, so that doesn't make sense  :-\

That Interview by Radio 4's Open Country program, at the Halloween Event was broadcast yesterday but you can find it here:

Geocaching in Salcey Forest

smudge42 and me are at 20:45. Not much of our interview went to air.

"Not really what I was looking for, for a milestone. " At least it will be memorable B&R, even if for the wrong reasons :-\ Well done on finding 1000! :) Which one was 999?

Have only found a couple of almost cache 'n' dashes in Wales. Hope you have a good time higster :)

In the past month I have actually only found one cache! :o Am so, so busy  :( I could do with trying to find one to relax my mind a bit, might go try and find one today whilst we are out. Sometime this coming week though I hope to find my first cache outside of the UK :)

Sure will be memorable!
Caching by phone, phone battery dies just as the flash fires to photograph the log!
And then to find my lift, who I cant contact, due to no phone!  :o

Cache 999 was a Virtual. (And one of the 'older' UK caches, even at being placed November 2003)
Lighthouse Hunt - Brighton/Shoreham-on-Sea http://coord.info/GCH600

Have been past it on the bus, and knowing I was going to be close, made a point of getting it this time.

Just a little 'miffed' as recently I've been close to:
Echoes of Echoes http://coord.info/GCG1VH
Steam bricks! ( Co. Durham ) http://coord.info/GC62D7
Under Water? ( Cleveland ) http://coord.info/GCAB1B
and
Steam Power (Swindon, Wiltshire) http://coord.info/GCG0Q7

Just not close enough, or enough time to divert, in order to get a find on them.

Today I went caching  :o - The NottHill series, a short little walk which we (and Fizz the puppy) thoroughly enjoyed  ;D

Stunning views all around, and twelve nice caches - couldn't think of a better way to spend the morning! I recommend!  :)
