Today I went out "All Tooled Up" to find this cache for my 4k milestone:

All Tooled Up (GCM80G)

We had a great time navigating the various waypoints, all very well constructed and most of which were something I had not seen before, great to see this 8½ year old multi still going strong.

It was good fun, I would recommend this cache if you ever find yourselves in the East Midlands.

Found Enigma Code Disk http://coord.info/GCX3HK way back in 2008... Now archived.

He did some good, well thought out, caches.

Found two good caches in Oxford today ;D

The good ship walk tall was required for the first FCC-02 Over the Lasher where having found the cache, 'Go catch' turns up just before I left and so he uses, after some more air is pumped into my boat (yes its got a leak again!), the good ship walk tall to get the cache himself :D

The second is the Swing Lower (Historic Site) cache which I've looked at before but couldn't reach it but today, I used the spiderman technique to get to it  :o :o :o ;D

Then after getting home, took Archie out to the Rollright Stones to find a new TerraCache there :D

So, a very good day, even if it was only five caches in total :D 8)

Wow! Did you open the container and sign one handed? :D

I thought about having a go at that one during the mega, but then chickened out and did a couple of virtuals instead ;D Well done.

I open the container one handed but decided to take the log back to the edge to sign, which meant I had to do it all again ::)

The CO needs to delete some found logs, as cachers are getting there, spotting it and claiming the find without actually touching the cache >:(

A short break to Kent took in three more LQ's so now up to 36/48.

LQ:HERTFORDSHIRE - Lilly Who? (GC177F3)
LQ:ESSEX - West Wood Ho! (GC15349)
LQ:KENT - Granny's Island (GC15GTW)

Picked up a rare webcam cache on route:

leaning on a the lamp post (GCMW01)

Also picked up 6 more virtual caches, helped by a detour to Oxford on the way home.
ZonePet2 - Silver Machine (GCHW82)
Overview (Kent) (GCA2FA)
University Challenge 5 (munch munch) (GCHXGP)
University Challenge 7 (Sizzle Sizzle) (GCJ170)
University Challenge 10 (Stomp Stomp) (GCJ1C7)
Swing Low (GCK57Z)

Unlike walktall I didn't go for the very close by D1/T5 cache, despite it being one of the two squares missing off my D/T grid, I must say I was tempted though... maybe another time...

Did ZonePet2 last November.
My log includes:
"... a lot of graves of airmen, Royal Flying Corps, Royal Navy Air Wing etc, from the First World War, interesting that there's a lot of graves of flyers... Know why? "

Still don't know why?

Was out walking Archie yesterday afternoon, south and east of RAF Little Rissington, also checking on some of my caches there.

Got to within 80ft of this roe deer, before I eventually said 'hello' to it, to alert it to our presence:

It ran off, which set off Archie yapping/jumping wanting to chase after it (he was on a short lead).

That's an impressive shot Mr Attenborough Sir :)

Nothing near as impressive happened to me today. A family Christening celebration took most of the day up, and so no cache finding for me.

Picked up LQ #37, LQ:RUTLAND - Luffa's Ham (GC15J3D) - the cache was also visited by another local cacher later on in the day in the shape of fitzsimons.
