I've been on FB for the last 5 hours
Our village has been without water since 6am this morning
We still don't have water but we should by mid-night
Been busy on FB/email/phone, as has a lot of the village, trying to find out what is going on, who is fixing the issue and when will we get water. I've just been able to talk a bit higher up the chain than Customer Service, as I've met the MD of our new (take over in Jan 2014) Water providers
