Leap Day souvenir

Has anyone worked out the 'secret message' yet?

We have had a go, but the morse code isn't very clear to read.

How did you manage to read the morse code? George is struggling to read it - its blurry.

I used this image and used my basic knowledge of Morse code. That gave me some letters, I then looked at possibilities for the others...

None of that made any sense so I looked at the Geocaching blog and got the answer

Good tip Tarmacjohn - got it! Thanks.

George knows morse code, as he is  Radio amateur, but he just couldn't make out the dots and dashes!
