Is it wrong?
« on: February 01, 2013, 09:35:17 pm »
I'm not one for leaving my caches the same forever. I like to keep them fresh, exciting (one I get round to maintaining them!)

But is it wrong to change their names? Change their D/T. I think after caching for more, some of the D/T is far too high on certain caches on Westcote Wander and Snowshill Scramble.

Is it wrong to change all that now? What do you think  ???

We see no reason why altering the D/T ratings should be a worry. Often difficult when setting up to get a feeling for what others may think when searching. The more caches you find yourself like we have, the more you get a feel for things. We have altered a few of ours after reading comments and logs. So cannot see a problem really.

You will be wrong whatever you do. I definitely wouldn't change the names but the D/T is up to you.

It's never perfect, just like people, cachers are different and have different ideas and abilities, so one D/T setting for some cachers may be OK but others feel it is wrong.

Why change its name :o ???

The name... Because sometimes things change at the cache. I don't mean change the name of the series. I mean change the name of the cache like "Snowshill Scramble 1, Dead end' so it would be the dead end part I'd want to change on a couple of caches.
