£11 an hour, 2013's Twixmas had the hall booked for 5, so that's £55. If we want access to the kitchen and its facilities, add £15 - £70
Compared to £30 in 2013 (£6/hour) and £28 (£7/hour for 4 hours) in 2014.

It does say "£40 - up to 4 hours" so we could shorten it, but that could still be £55 overall. Let's also remember we have some money left over from other events.

I guess that's the main advantage of holding it in a pub, there's hardly ever this sort of charge, but it is some added hassle. In some ways, I really miss Twixmas/Twinew pub events... but then I remember the hassle
