@Kent_Mega_2014: We are pleased to announce we have been awarded the first UK Lab Cache 2014. 12 icons in one day possible

Hmm - maybe I will try and get to it now  :D Not sure though

Anyone else planning on going/not going?

Now that makes it very interesting - a lab cache and possible 12 icon challenge :)

In the diary it goes Kent Mega

I wasn't really enthusiastic about Lab Caches when I first read about them, in the way they had been introduced and used at the time. Have to admit though I am tempted to check one out for real, and collect another icon. I don't see any other chances coming up soon to do one, not in this country anyway.

I guess it will be collecting another icon. You never know, they could scrap Lab caches any moment and then we'll all regret it  :D - unless they're wiped completely, like challenges  :o

Another reason to go that way is to find a cache on E 001 00.000 :)

What another brilliant idea, that suddenly isn't, so they delete all trace of it - who would do that ;)

Haha yes!

It would have to involve 2 nights over there, I think. Not sure yet.

It's very hard to beat the 11 here, I think the record is 13 in the US.

Unless you count other listing sites, you could hold the world record  ;D

Yes, that day I got 14 icons if you included: a challenge cache, waymarking and an opencaching.org.uk cache  ;D

Went there and back a good few years ago to a classic car show for the day, depends how much caching you want to do and what time you want to get up!
