"New Posts" Ammo box icons - to stay or go?

You will have noticed that the "new post" speech bubbles have turned into ammo boxes - they are brighter when there's a new post, and paler when there are no new posts.

Do you want them to stay, or go with the speech bubbles coming back? YOU decide!
